5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Merchant of Record
Important: All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (for customers outside the United States) or Paddle.com Inc (for customers in the United States), who act as the Merchant of Record. This means your purchase is made from Paddle, and Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax collection.
Subscription Plans
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features and increased usage limits. Details of available plans and pricing are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
- All fees are quoted and charged in the currency specified at checkout
- Payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following reasonable advance notice (typically 30 days).
6. Free Trials
We may offer free trials of paid features. Free trial terms, including duration and available features, will be specified at the time of signup.
- Free trials may require providing payment information
- If payment information is required, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires
- Each user is eligible for one free trial per account
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free trial offers at any time
7. Refunds and Cancellation
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
14-Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. No conditions apply.
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- The 14-day period begins on the date of the first payment
- Refunds after the 14-day period are not available
- Refunds are not available for subscription renewals
- Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not available
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day period:

- Email us at support@seenix.io with 'Refund Request' in the subject line and your order number
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the European Union or other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you retain all rights granted to you under applicable law.
8. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

Generated Reports
Reports and analyses generated by the Service for your Account are provided for your personal or internal business use. You may share reports with third parties (such as clients or team members), but you may not resell or commercially distribute reports without authorization.

Maximum Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

13. Suspension and Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your Account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your Account through your Account settings, or by contacting us at support@seenix.io.
Termination or Suspension by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- We reasonably believe your conduct may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties
- Your Account has been inactive for an extended period
- We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service will cease immediately
- We may delete your Account data in accordance with our data retention practices
- Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect
